The much-lauded Italian DJ, remixer, producer and radio DJ Joe T Vannelli is the latest to join our Big Name DJ ranks. Known internationally as a House megastar, Vannelli has had international dance chart number ones with tracks including “Play with the voice” featuring Csilla, and “Sweetest day of may” featuring Janice Robinson.
Vannelli’s hugely successful radio show, Slave To The Rhythm, is broadcast by Italy’s number one dance music station and exported worldwide. Closer to home, his work has been praised and given air time by the likes of BBC Radio One’s Pete Tong.
His new album “Supalova” was released last year to huge acclaim by critics and fans alike. As a remixer, Vannelli has worked with legends such as David Guetta, Masters At Work, Danny Tenaglia, David Guetta, Timbaland and Missy Elliot.
Having toured and played around the globe, Vannelli’s CV reads like an address list of some of the hottest and most exclusive clubs in the world: Pacha, Ministry of Sound, Supper Club, Renaissance and Cream to name a few. In 1999 Vannelli took home the prestigious DJ Awards in Pacha Ibiza for his contribution to the DJ industry.
