3. Booking Process

• A booking is confirmed only once accepted in writing and any required payment has been received
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion prior to confirmation
4. Payment Terms

• Treat DJs and staff with reasonable care and respect
• Comply with venue rules and legal obligations
Storm DJs Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if safety or conduct concerns arise.
8. Replacement and Force Majeure
In the event of illness, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Storm DJs Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement DJ. Where this is not possible, liability is limited as set out below.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Storm DJs Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking
• We are not liable for failures caused by third parties or force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful under UK law.
